ENC Cell Permits Extractor
Free and useful tool for nav. officers and helping in case your chart supplier gives you chart permits for the whole Earth, but you need the charts which are necessary for your port rotation only, to reduce the time spent for updating your ECDIS.
You just need to select your full permit file, then paste cell numbers you want to extract as a separate permit containing only your cells.
Application allows you to drop other permits directly to the window in order to combine few permit files from various routes to one single permit file.
